Study Abroad in Berlin: Welcome to Studienforum Berlin e.V.

"Travel is fatal to
prejudice, bigotry and
narrow-mindedness, and
many of our people need
it sorely on these
accounts.
Broad, wholesome,
charitable views of men
and things cannot be
acquired by vegetating
in one little corner of
the earth all one's
lifetime."
Mark Twain |
Studienforum Berlin (SFB) is an independent,
non-governmental, non-political, non-profit
organization. It promotes better understanding of the people, society,
culture, and institutions of Germany and Europe among national, European and overseas
students. Studienforum Berlin offers highly
competitive, academically oriented
study abroad programs (semester, language, internships) for English speaking students,
especially from the United
States and Canada, and equips its students with well-developed
analytical, conceptual, quantitative, and human
skills. In addition, SFB offers
faculty development programs and conducts research on political and economic developments in Germany and Europe.
Finally, SFB, for its students,
acts as a guide across Berlin -
the "relaxed metropolis of
trends in Europe".
